Requirements

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative team mindset.
• Excellent listening skills, assertiveness, and confidence when representing company interests.
• Engineering degree or relevant experience is preferred.
• BICSI knowledge recommended, but not required.
• Experience using estimating software and tools to create detailed proposals/bids.
• Minimum of two years of estimating experience, preferably in the Low Voltage field.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to align efforts with the company’s strategic goals and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
• Demonstrates high ethical standards, integrity, and honesty in all interactions.
• Strong written communication skills and professional business etiquette.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, devise solutions, and make independent decisions.
