Foster professional relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers to secure engagement and understanding of SHE expectations
Support incident investigations and ensure compliance with procedures
Conduct regular audits of site SHE practices and documentation
Prepare and deliver timely reports and performance data. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes
Deliver SHE-related training and mentoring to staff and supply chain partners
Assist in implementing Farrans' internal management system
Develop effective working relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance SHE performance
Working with multiple stakeholders and locations
Promote and uphold the ethos that safety is paramount
Provide SHE advice during project mobilization and execution phases

Experience of implementing and operating SHEQ management standards and processes
Full Manual Driving License
Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (particularly Excel & Word) and using online project document management portals, such as Deltek PIM (FOCAL), Aconex, etc.
Effective working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and construction management best practice
Level 8 Honors degree / Third level degree qualification in a relevant engineering, construction or SHE discipline. NEBOSH Certificate
Proven prior experience in a Construction H&S environment
