As an Account Executive I (AE) for DMG, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying, acquiring, and growing clients within the facility management sector. As an Account Executive I, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn our operations, products, sales processes, and client management strategies. The goal is to prepare you to become a full-fledged Account Executive capable of driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales and operations environment.
- Proficient client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and work as part of a go-to-market team.
- 0-2 years’ experience in inside sales or operations, preferably in facility management or related industries.
- Basic understanding of how to navigate customer organizations to gain access to key individuals, management, and purchasing decision makers.
- Ability to provide uninterrupted peace of mind to our customers; day, night, and weekends.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills, multi-task oriented, and strong public speaking skills.
- Learn to manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Basic understanding of facility management services and industry best practices is a plus.
- Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
- Familiarity in using Salesforce and other CRM type software is a plus but not required.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver’s License.
