Provide project administration support during all phases: design documentation, bidding, construction, and closeout.
Support business development efforts by tracking opportunities in Deltek CRM and assisting with proposal editing.
Maintain accurate project data in Deltek Vision and support project setup, including numbers, budgets, and schedules.
Professionally staff the reception desk during assigned shifts—greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
Schedule and support project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and calendar coordination.
Prepare contracts using AIA software and maintain specifications using BSD SpecLink.

Minimum of three years of administrative or project support experience; prior experience in an architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services environment is highly desirable.
Experience with AIA contract software and BSD SpecLink is a plus.
Client service mindset with the ability to remain adaptable in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and support multiple team members and projects simultaneously.
