Lead all payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely semi-monthly payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now.
Oversee ADP tax filings and deposits, and handle garnishments in compliance with legal requirements.
Assist with the annual workers’ compensation audit and 401(k) census, coordinating with HR and Accounting.
Manage 401(k) contributions, payroll reconciliations, and general ledger postings.
Partner with HR to capture all employee changes—hires, terminations, salary adjustments, benefits, etc.—prior to each payroll cycle.
Support year-end processes, including W-2 reporting, third-party sick pay, relocation reimbursements, and other taxable benefits.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and investigate discrepancies promptly.
