We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer and contribute to key projects across the organization. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, streamlines operations, brings project‑management expertise, fosters strong relationships, and models a people‑first, collaborative approach.
Qualifications include three or more years of executive‑assistant experience or five or more years of successive administrative support, strong organizational and project‑management skills (familiarity with Asana, Trello, or MS Project is a plus), excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, high discretion and sound judgment, and a bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree, or equivalent experience.
Key competencies are confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information, proactivity, resourcefulness, and attention to detail. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships at all levels, be adaptable to shifting priorities, and be collaborative and team‑oriented with a focus on shared success.

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 per year for this on‑site role in Santa Clara, with work hours of 7‑4 or 8‑5. The base salary is determined by location, experience, and comparable employee pay, while total compensation depends on the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
