  • Support cash management processes through short-term forecasting and monitoring of cash activity.
  • Lead the annual GAAP audit process, including preparation of supporting schedules and coordination with external auditors.
  • Prepare and analyze departmental and business line financial statements and reports; identify trends and provide insights to management.
  • Manage day-to-day corporate accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly corporate financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the annual corporate budget and forecasts; perform budget-to-actual and variance analyses.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and implement process improvement initiatives, including accounting system enhancements and internal control improvements.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to synthesize and present financial information clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with integrity and professionalism.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or corporate accounting management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a strong undergraduate program; CPA preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and financial reporting systems preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
