Develop and execute social media strategy, including content creation and asset management
Build relationships with key stakeholders and content contributors across the organization, serving as a trusted marketing resource
Design and create digital strategies, multimedia assets, and dynamic content
Establish, monitor, and report on metrics and KPIs to evaluate online performance
Partner with the external PR team on media-related initiatives, including interviews and events, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Support the firm’s annual awards submission process by preparing relevant content and digital assets
Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including strategy development, editorial calendar, campaign execution, analytics, and reporting across SEO, social media, web, and email channels
Assess business and audience needs to determine the most effective mix of media and communication channels
Partner with the Marketing Team to ensure brand consistency and a unified voice across all digital channels

Membership in SMPS and CPSM certification preferred
A keen design sensibility and attention to detail
Familiarity with website CMS platforms, web analytics, and digital asset management (DAM) systems such as OpenAsset
Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (A/E/C) industry
Understanding of proposal development and client-focused content creation
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Experience managing social media channels, analytics, and reporting
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple leaders in a creative or professional services environment
Excellent listening skills, follow-through, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
A confident, adaptable, and dynamic personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows OS) and internet tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field
