  • Must be able to provide support in pre bid engineering, Owners Engineering (Review of Design Documents) and Detailed engineering design.
  • Should be able to lead and manage the civil/ structural portion of small projects independently, including handling client interactions and attending design review / approval meetings with client.

  • Must have decent knowledge/ experience of solar power plant designing concepts i.e MMS structure and foundations (including pile foundations), Inverter/ Transformer stations and general civil works.
  • Good organizing abilities and good in prioritizing tasks and co-ordination
  • Good working experience with Civil Engineering Software like STAAD.pro or equivalent as well as foundation design / pile design software.
  • Capable to conduct research and traveling to sites.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Time management and professionalism.
  • Some working experience in Solar PV plant is desirable. Working experience in Wind Power plants will be preferred.
  • Master’s Degree in Structure/ Geotechnical – added advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of international codes (US / Euro) shall be preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge on latest IS Codes 456, 800, 875, 801 (Cold-formed light gauge steel structural members) and 2911 (Pile Foundation).
  • 5-15 years of experience in the renewable industry, preferably in consulting, in the above areas
  • Experience of working with Civil 3D terrain modelling software for grading / drainage / road design will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point presentation Creating documents, writing reports according to specifications
  • Good written & verbal communication skills

  • Self-disciplined and demonstrated capability to work in multiple projects as a team member/Project Manager
  • Good report-writing skills in English language will be preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering - Essential.
  • Some experience in Site supervision/ construction monitoring/ Inspection of structural assemblies/ witnessing load tests for construction material and proto-assembled structures would be added advantage.
