Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
Develop and implement processes for manufacturing and shipping to support business objectives, including writing test plans, SOPs, and training materials.
Facilitate reporting; identify and define requirements for KPIs, dashboards, and reports for business development setup.
Assemble, validate, and enter manufacturing and inventory data into the system.
Ensure suitability and timely implementation of identified manufacturing solutions.
Ensure ongoing integrity of manufacturing and inventory data.
Train users and provide ongoing support.

Understanding of ERP Manufacturing processes.
Experience with SOPs and test plans.
3-5 years of experience in ERP manufacturing implementations or support within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking fundamentals.
Familiarity with GMP, QSR, and ISO Quality Systems, preferably ISO.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting system issues, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the system.
Experience with cloud-based ERP systems; Acumatica Manufacturing and inventory management is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of SQL, other languages, or reporting software.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
