Description

In this role you will lead onsite operations, implement and monitor building procedures, and promote best practices to improve processes. You will build strong relationships with the client, anticipate future requests and act as the go‑to person for all facilities‑related queries in the city. You will also contribute to strategic planning, onboarding new team members, and ensuring timely delivery of services against targets.

You will work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders on facility enquiries, participate in procurement, budgeting and forecasting, and manage risk‑management and health‑and‑safety programs. As a mentor and coach, you will develop a high‑quality, motivated team of around 20 plus members, fostering a culture of teamwork, cooperation and performance excellence.

• Manage client relationships, anticipate requests, and serve as the primary facilities contact.
• Contribute to strategic business planning, team onboarding, and target‑driven service delivery.
• Coordinate facility enquiries, vendor procurement, budgeting, forecasting and invoice processing.
• Implement and oversee health‑and‑safety and risk‑management programs, including incident reporting.
• Mentor, coach and develop a team of 20+ members, maintaining high morale and performance excellence.
• Foster a collaborative culture aligned with JLL’s “I am JLL” core values.
• Manage vendor contracts, RFP processes, KPI monitoring, and compliance with commercial agreements.
• Apply excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills to handle complex, ambiguous tasks.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in facilities, building management or a related field and brings at least ten years of experience in facilities, property management or hospitality. Deep knowledge of critical facilities, health‑and‑safety requirements, vendor management, soft services, RFP processes, KPI tracking, budgeting and invoicing is required.

Strong client focus, excellent time‑management, analytical thinking, and outstanding written and verbal communication in English are essential. You should be an active listener with high emotional intelligence, able to handle conflict and build constructive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in facilities, building management or a related discipline.
• Possess 10+ years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fields.
• Demonstrate expertise in critical facilities, soft services, pest control, civil and interior activities, and landscaping.
• Exhibit strong client focus, coaching ability, and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with high emotional intelligence.
