In this role you will independently develop high‑quality software features, understand system architecture and technical goals, and follow the development process—including source control, branching, and testing—without assistance. You will actively troubleshoot issues, handle complex support queries, and contribute to team rituals such as stand‑ups, planning, demos, retrospectives, code reviews, and knowledge‑sharing sessions. Building relationships across product development teams and participating in cross‑team documentation are also expected.
Remote candidates will not be considered. You must be permanently authorized to work in the US without any current or future sponsorship need. MRI Software is seeking a Software Engineer III to join our product team, responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.

Proficiency with multiple source‑control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, TFVC, TFS) and familiarity with TypeScript, Angular, and JavaScript are required. A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute as a collaborative team player is essential.
