  • Programme Development: Ensure all planning content complies with internal procedures and guidance.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Provide strategic planning oversight and mentor junior planners to foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
  • Tender Planning: Lead the creation of strategic, optimised tender programmes and methodologies to support winning bids.
  • Resource Planning: Optimise labour, equipment, and material usage to meet project goals and control costs.
  • Data & KPI Reporting: Support the planning team in producing data and KPIs to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Contract Programme Management: Produce, manage, and maintain contract programmes in collaboration with Planning/Project Leads.
  • Critical Path & Change Control: Analyse and communicate critical paths, maintain baselines, and manage change control processes.
  • Contract Oversight: Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, monitor performance, and resolve issues.
  • Scope & Constraints Analysis: Identify planning scope, major constraints, and contract requirements.
