The coordinator will oversee daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑organized environment while acting as the primary on‑site contact. Responsibilities include managing deliveries, stock, equipment, workshop activities, and coordinating contractors and maintenance providers.
- Open and close the facility daily and serve as the on‑site point of contact.
- Maintain a clean, safe, compliant, and well‑organised building; conduct routine H&S checks and inspections.
- Coordinate contractors, maintenance providers, and other facility services.
- Manage inbound and outbound deliveries; receive, inspect, document, and store materials and equipment.
- Provide general labour support for workshop repairs, builds, and refurbishments; keep tools and equipment clean and maintained.
- Track equipment certification and ensure compliance before deployment.
- Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and accurately record inventory; maintain organised storage and flag low‑stock items.
- Support material staging for upcoming service jobs and projects.
- Ensure facility operations comply with internal H&S policies and Irish regulations; support hazard reporting, safety walks, and toolbox talks.
- Act as the first responder for on‑site safety or compliance queries.
- Assist the Service team with vehicle preparation, loading materials, and job staging; contribute to continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse, workshop, logistics or facilities settings, strong organisational and time‑management skills, and the ability to work independently. Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge, a forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one), and a full clean driving licence are required.
