- Fill in for PMs during absences or vacations; maintain a mid-level understanding of all ongoing OSP projects.

- Independently review PM reports weekly and conduct in-depth review sessions with PMs twice monthly.

- Identify and pursue new leads and opportunities to expand OSP operations.
- Maintain daily communication with PMs and the Director to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Promote open, professional communication, and maintain confidentiality and sensitivity with personnel matters.
- Participate in discussions related to compensation adjustments and team development.
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and capital expenditure requests.
- Support field personnel by resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Prepare and submit daily bids for ongoing opportunities.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients and subcontractors.
- Work closely with PMs on budgeting issues and ensure accurate revenue recognition for drops.
- Lead weekly PM meetings and check-ins to align on project progress and challenges.
- Ensure drop and hit totals are accurately reported on a monthly basis.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Project Managers (PMs), Project Assistants (PAs), and field staff.

- Proven experience in project management roles within the technical practice.
- Deep understanding of Managing Project Managers and Construction Managers
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets, project margins, and cash flow.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to earn respect and lead diverse teams.
- Demonstrate commitment to the team by being available 24/7 as needed, both in the field and in the office.
- Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
