The Assistant Community Manager greets prospects, processes applications, manages leases and renewals, handles rent collections and evictions, and promotes resident satisfaction and property visibility through effective communication and social media.
Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of relevant experience/training, and at least one year of customer service or apartment leasing experience. A background in accounting combined with customer service is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools is required, as well as a valid driver’s license.
The role may require extended periods of sitting, climbing stairs, reading documents and screens, hearing verbal communications, and occasional lifting of items up to 20 lb. The employee must operate computer equipment and work both onsite outdoors and in confined or potentially hazardous areas.
