Technical Project Manager

• Coordinate release readiness across testing, evaluation, and go-live processes to ensure smooth deployment of AI features.
• Oversee the delivery of AI-driven features, including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent workflows, from data ingestion through inference, including edge or offline deployment considerations.
• Collaborate with technical leads to evaluate trade-offs in design and architecture, translating research prototypes into production-ready solutions that meet service levels.
• Deliver concise reporting to leadership and stakeholders, serving as the central point of contact to resolve blockers across internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
• Lead multiple project roadmaps, managing scope, budgets, risks, RAID logs, milestones, and change control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), track burn-up/burn-down metrics, and drive decision-making with clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes for each increment.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven software programs. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams from project scoping and planning through to production launch, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and service level agreements. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between advanced AI research and practical application, overseeing the deployment of intelligent agent and large language model (LLM) features safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards. Experience managing projects in regulated or security-conscious environments is highly valued, as compliance and risk management are integral to success in this position.

AI & Intelligent Systems Delivery

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams using modern tech stacks such as React and Python frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, Flask) or equivalent.
• Experience delivering software in regulated or security-conscious environments, with responsibility for compliance and secure deployment practices.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex software and AI programs with multiple stakeholders, delivering production releases in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience coordinating projects that integrate large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or similar AI components into deployed products.
• Strong skills in managing scope, requirements, and budgets; able to discuss technical trade-offs and review engineering deliverables effectively.
• Eligibility for national security clearance or equivalent vetting, as required by certain programs or clients.
