Architectural Project Manager

The work: You’ll oversee a massive, headline-grabbing project. The kind your mates will see on the news. Complex integrations, multi-disciplinary teams, and no, you won’t just be updating spreadsheets all day (although you do need to love Power BI, Excel, and probably your inner data geek).

The team: You’ll coordinate with some of the brightest folks in architecture, engineering, interiors, and more. If you hate meetings, this isn’t for you.

We’re after a heavyweight Project Manager who actually likes the chaotic ballet that is large-scale building and mixed-use development in Singapore.

• Jedi-level coordination skills - across consultants, contractors, and the odd fiery client meeting.
• Commercial sharpness: You can spot a fee variation or a change order from 100 paces, and you’re not shy about managing budgets.
• A degree in Project Management (or related discipline).
• 8+ years wrangling large-scale projects in Singapore's built environment—think towers, hotels, airports, or anything with at least three acronyms to its name.
• Communication and leadership skills that would make a diplomat jealous.
• Obsession with detail: From regulatory frameworks (Green Mark, Buildability Score) to finely-tuned dashboards (Power BI, Excel, Tableau).

The rewards: A salary up to $9k, serious exposure, and the sort of career stories recruiters chase you for.
