Company
Overview
Founded in 2010
Year Established
The company was established with a bold vision to harness renewable energy from flowing water sources like rivers, canals, and oceans.
100 W Scale
Smallest Unit Capacity
Their systems can be deployed at a compact scale, ideal for portable and off-grid power solutions.
Multi-Megawatt Arrays
Largest System Size
Capable of scaling up to large, grid-connected deployments to meet significant power demands.
24,000 sq ft
Facility Size
The company operates from a substantial facility dedicated to scaling prototypes and production.
A vertical-axis, modular hydropower turbine system was designed by their leadership team.
Partnerships include multi-year contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense and Energy.
Systems deliver rugged, expeditionary power solutions in off-grid environments.
Their turbines capture kinetic energy from flowing water and are designed to self-clear debris and adapt to varying currents.
Notable区别: Their technology enables baseload hydropower without the need for large dams, minimizing ecological and infrastructure impact.
Culture + Values
Passion: Self‑Motivated – caring about what you do and how you do it. We all want to be here, right now, on this mission.
Learning: The need to improve and grow both professionally and personally. Being aware of your own strengths and weaknesses and having an open mind. Seeking new challenges, opportunities and perspectives.
Altruistic: If you are the center of the universe, you do not belong in ours. We are here to help each other and to help others. We are here to make the world a better place.
Integrity: We are honest and moral people. Character counts and details matter. We do the right thing, as individuals and as a team.
Determination: The strength and perseverance to see things all the way through, especially when confronted by obstacles.
