  • Perform Look Ahead/Gap Analysis to identify critical material shortages by reviewing demand dates, supplier commitments, and production status.
  • Attend Engineering/Procurement meetings to evaluate schedule impacts and bring up late material release issues to management.
  • Ensure purchase orders are issued on time by working closely with Planner/Buyers and Production Control.
  • Connect with suppliers to address critical shortages impacting production.
  • Foster strong partnerships with all interested parties, emphasizing continuous improvement and constructive feedback.

  • Track key performance indicators (critical metrics) and generate performance reports, charts, and presentations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related subject area – Supply Chain, Business, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering Degree
  • Excellent written & oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 5 years of experience working in a Supply Chain or Procurement role in an engineer-to-order manufacturing environment, with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel skills, with knowledge of MRP systems and a preference for SAP, demonstrating a proven ability to perform gap analyses applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
