- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and project collaboration platforms.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security standards, and software licensing agreements.
- Troubleshoot performance issues related to CAD workstations, rendering software, and graphic-intensive applications.
- Bring your knowledge and expertise to one of the world’s most respected consultancies.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and licensing of design and modeling software.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to vendors or higher-level support when necessary.
- Provide training and onboarding support for new users on engineering tools and IT systems.
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues across the office.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including software guides and troubleshooting manuals.
- Support specialized engineering and design applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand software requirements and optimize system performance.
- Monitor and maintain IT assets, including high-performance workstations and peripherals like plotters and 3D printers.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Autodesk Certified Professional, or ITIL are a plus.
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and remote support tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting AutoCAD, Revit, and other architecture/engineering software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and enterprise IT environments.
- Familiarity with graphics cards, rendering engines, and performance optimization.
