Energy Account Executive

Providing sustainable building solutions through integrated services in design, construction, and operations.
Sell energy-efficient technologies and solutions to clients, develop consultative relationships, and lead government clients to contract closure.
Perform responsibilities such as lead generation, client satisfaction, proposal development, and client acquisition.
Develop consultative relationships with potential and existing clients at every level of their organization.
Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions using site/customer insights to shape strategy and pursue opportunities with successful selection through procurement channels.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required.
Apply strong business acumen and analytical thinking to effectively assess opportunities, weighing potential risks against rewards to make informed qualification or disqualification decisions.
At least two (2) years' experience in energy savings performance contracting with responsibilities for identifying leads, closing sales, and providing oversight to an Operations team preferred.
Knowledge of energy performance contracting, building infrastructure systems, facility management, and energy efficiency preferred.
Applicable organization affiliations and / or professional group associations preferred.
Demonstrated history of sales success required with a history of longevity in sales roles
