As an Account Manager you will own client upgrades and annual renewals, capturing and retaining revenue at the most critical phases of the customer journey. You will work with your existing book of business to maximize upgrades, drive customer growth, and act as an active player in the company’s expansion.
The role is fully remote within the United States and requires the candidate to have full US working rights. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and leverage the platform’s capabilities to support clients throughout their lifecycle.
