A key focus of this role will be to support the management team in extracting, managing and presenting data to enable effective business reporting and decision-making.
Maintaining and supporting Locogen’s key business systems and IT infrastructure during a period of maternity cover, across the entire Locogen Group. The role combines administration of key operational platforms — including (among others) HubSpot, Kantata, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) — with delivery of IT support services to internal users.
Stage 1: Conversation with People Team to discuss background, experience and motivations.
- Administer Microsoft 365 as a Global Administrator, overseeing licensing, security policies, compliance settings, and tenant-wide configuration.
- Provide training guides, support materials and a “help desk” services to help users make the most of available tools and applications.
- Oversee all business IT infrastructure (printers, switches, routers, servers etc), ensuring regular maintenance and operations, minimising disruption and down-time.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, standards, and procedures.
- Support initiatives in monitoring system adoption and performance, identifying gaps, training needs, and opportunities to improve efficiency or consistency.
- Support cybersecurity best practice by ensuring compliance with Locogen’s IT and data protection policies.
- Coordinate external third-party resources (e.g. Microsys, Edincomm) to support resolving IT issues across the business.
- Act as first point of contact for internal IT support, providing timely and professional assistance to staff across all locations.
- Oversee day-to-day operation of business systems (e.g., Kantata, HubSpot, SharePoint), as required, ensuring correct usage, data quality, and alignment with business processes.
- Support the user system lifecycle through initial onboarding, familiarisation, hyper care and offboarding of Locogen employees across core business systems and applications.
- Manage Entra ID / Identity configuration, including user provisioning, security groups, conditional access, MFA, and identity governance.
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements, coordinating with vendors where required.
- Support the procurement, user handover, inventory, and disposal of company IT hardware and software (laptops, servers, mobile devices, printers, etc.).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes across systems (including initial training), maintaining accurate permissions and records.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and installations, ensuring staff have the necessary devices, hardware and software.

- Experience supporting consultancy or professional services teams.
- Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator, including administration of Users, Licenses, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook/Exchange, and Entra ID/Identity management.
- Knowledge of automation or integration tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier).
- Experience providing IT support to end users within a professional environment.
- Data handling and reporting skills, including familiarity with dashboards and exports.
- Communication and interpersonal skills — able to support both technical and non-technical users.
- Experience administering business systems (e.g., HubSpot, Kantata, or equivalent CRMs / project management platforms).
- French-speaking would be helpful but not essential.
- Awareness of information security and GDPR best practice.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide responsive user support
