The role is for a Deployment Engineer who will architect rapid hardware deployments across Texas, ensuring a positive customer experience and higher uptime for battery systems.

Audit deployment data with SQL or similar tools to ensure integrity and accuracy.
Design scalable internal processes for data collection, quality assurance, and workflow efficiency.
Build internal tools and dashboards using Python, JavaScript, or dashboard platforms to automate workflows and provide real‑time operational visibility.
Analyze deployment pipelines to identify bottlenecks, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and operations to translate operational needs into technical requirements and data models.
Set up and maintain data collection systems for comprehensive hardware deployment and performance tracking.
Document internal tools, data models, and new operational processes.
Write complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
Apply a data‑driven mindset to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop scalable, repeatable, and documented processes.
