Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all Customers, Clients & Colleagues;
Manage and maintain the meeting rooms bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep;
Contribute to the role with new ideas and identify new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
Support both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity; and
Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
Assisting with the preparation of Form 6s, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents;
