The Community Maintenance Associate ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained, keeping grounds, amenities, and curb appeal up to standards while supporting service team members. This role involves daily inspections, litter removal, minor service requests, lock changes, and communication distribution to residents.
Employees must hold a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart and must follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, including OSHA training and prompt incident reporting. Regular safety meetings and hazard reporting are required.
Compensation includes a base salary with eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs, varying for corporate versus onsite property positions. Part‑time team members may receive a 401(k) with company match, an employee assistance program, and paid sick time. Additional compensation factors consider business needs, experience, skills, and geography.
