As an Outside Sales Representative, you will spend time with customers in their homes to determine their improvement needs while delivering outstanding service. All leads are warm and pre‑confirmed, eliminating cold‑calling, and top performers can earn up to $275 K annually.
Successful candidates must be able to work evening and Saturday appointments, have in‑home or B2C sales experience, and possess a self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset. A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel are required, along with exceptional customer service and goal‑driven performance.
Compensation is commission‑based, ranging from $120 K to $275 K per year, with 2‑3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments each day.
