Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support is required, as well as the ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
You must hold an Enhanced DBS (barring) check (the company pays) and have a vehicle insured for business use with a licence; mileage will be reimbursed. Some weekend work on a rota may be required, and after probation you can become an on‑call responder, paid £50 for the first hour.
