Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of scrum leaders and project managers, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
Stakeholder Communication & Change Management: Serve as the central communication hub for all release activities. Manage organizational change processes related to software updates and ensure clear communication with engineering teams, product leadership, and business stakeholders.

Delivery Oversight & Excellence: Oversee the orchestration of software delivery processes, collaborating with engineering, product management, and operations teams to establish repeatable, efficient, and high-quality releases.
Risk Management & Compliance Audits: Proactively manage risks associated with deployments and compliance gaps. Coordinate with internal audit and security teams to ensure all software releases meet required regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, etc., if applicable).
Collaboration: Drive cross-functional collaboration, resolve conflicts and promoting effective communication between diverse teams to achieve shared objectives.
