  • Coach, mentor and train teams to perform more effectively
  • Help build and maintain the Trystar Process Optimization toolkit
  • Benchmarking industry standards, trends, and advancements in continuous improvement techniques and technologies and incorporating best practices into the organization’s processes
  • Supporting the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements
  • Lead change initiatives across all parts of the organization

  • Ability to communicate project value to different organizational stakeholders
  • Know how to use data to influence decision making
  • Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus
  • Familiarity with standard root cause analysis methodologies (KT, is/is-not, fishbone, 5 whys, etc…)
  • Ability to create process maps, conduct analysis and implementation of solutions
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings to obtain idea generation and innovative process improvements
  • Experience owning lean transformations from discovery to sustaining
  • Familiarity with Epicor
  • Data fluency with intermediate statistical capability (Minitab, JMP)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Position may require up to 25% travel within North America
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Engineering.
  • Experience in electromechanical assembly
  • Lean Sigma Black Belt
  • Track record of sustaining change (assemblers to CEO)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics
  • PMP certification
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and manage resistance to change
  • Previous experience leading operations, manufacturing engineering or quality in a production environment

  • GridPak supports customers’ carbon-emission reduction targets with zero-CO₂ emission in solar mode and optional propane gen-set backup.
  • ESG goals include waste reduction, water stewardship, GHG-emissions reduction, and responsible upstream sourcing; formal reporting underway.
