Documenting service and installation activities will involve completing necessary forms, reports, and records. You will also maintain and update design documentation by creating, reviewing, and revising design files.
Preparing conceptual, preliminary, detailed, and installation designs for each telecommunication and security technology. Additionally, you will create Bills of Materials (BoM), assist the procurement department in ordering equipment for wired and wireless telecommunications networks, and participate in product selection. Regular reporting to the project manager will involve updates related to the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Remote Terminal Units (RTU) and telecommunications, as well as progress updates.
Supporting will be provided to the sales and tendering team for telecommunications inquiries during the bidding stage, ensuring appropriate selections of telecommunication solutions, products, and components.
Deploying Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, reduce costs, solve problems, and enhance efficiency. You will create and assist teams in developing idea management systems and improvement projects.
Identifying and resolving interface issues with other vendor systems and network integrations. Conducting internal audits and supporting external ISO audits will be part of your responsibilities.
Additionally, alignment with controllers for monthly reporting in Relex Analyzer will ensure accurate Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and improvement metrics.
Ensuring the necessary documentation is updated during the design phase to support both internal and external partners. Engagement with clients and subcontractors will be key to meeting project milestones and achieving optimal project delivery outcomes.
Preparing reports on improvement projects, audit findings, and quality performance metrics. Management of the Customer Complaint Resolution Process (CCRP) will include conducting root cause analyses, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring timely closure of complaints. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential.

Experience in working with quality teams to support cross-functional projects and drive process improvements. Possession of Lean Six Sigma (L6S) certification. Proficient in Quality Control Systems and Reporting. Familiarity with Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CCRP) processes. Comprehensive knowledge of telemetry systems.
A bachelor’s degree in electrical or communication engineering preferably with specialized expertise in Quality Systems & procedures.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
Demonstrated collaboration across various functions, including Sales, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Project Management Order Handling, among others.
