System Engineer

• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve system performance and business productivity.
• Lead system upgrades, patch management, and ensure high availability of critical systems.
• Provide advanced system troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and system workflows.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of core ERP systems including SAP, MES, and WMS.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and security best practices.
• Analyze, document, and communicate system problems and solutions in both Mandarin and English.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical point of escalation.

Hithium Tech USA has a new manufacturing facility in the Mesquite/Forney area, and we are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Systems Engineer to join our team. This is a specialized position and the ideal candidate has a robust background with a consistent track record in supporting ERP systems. The Manufacturing Systems Engineer will have hands-on experience managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). This role will help ensure the smooth functioning and integration of our factory's digital infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on ERP stability, system uptime, and production efficiency.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior system engineering or infrastructure role.
• Prior experience working in smart factory or high-tech manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
• Proven experience with SAP, MES, and WMS platforms.
• Ability to handle high-pressure production environments with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies, networking, and system security.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, AWS, etc.) preferred.
• PMP or ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and logistics systems integration.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong scripting and automation skills are a plus (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or other compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English - both spoken and written communication.
