In this Field Application Engineering (FAE) role you will be responsible for the successful implementation of the Robot & Vision product category as well as understanding user needs and application use cases for Robotic Systems. It is a customer facing position that works closely with and supports our Strategic Key Accounts, OEM Machine Builders, and System Integration Partners to instill confidence and practicality in their high value problems, through the application of our industrial grade robotics. The role will require a high level of mechatronics technical expertise and commercial judgement to achieve desired business outcomes. You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the assigned product lines to support Product Management, Sales, and other functional groups to execute the strategy across Delta businesses, partners and customers. Creating strong working relationships with key stakeholders will be important to harnessing organizational impact beyond the assigned product technology and extending to the portfolio, ecosystem and solutions level. This role will be responsible for pre-sales and on-site support at customers, key accounts, and partners - success will rely on leveraging progressive project management methodologies and an expert-level application champion mindset.The ideal candidate will be especially curious and carry an entrepreneurial spirit.
