Project Manager – Site Infrastructure

• Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement clear project execution strategies that set out how work will be organised, managed, and delivered.
• Monitor progress and performance, managing risks, schedules, and budgets while proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
• Oversee contractors and suppliers, ensuring contractual requirements and deliverables are achieved to the highest standard.
• Lead project reviews and ensure lessons learned, continuous improvement, and best practices are embedded in future work.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with business, quality, and technical requirements.
• Secure and lead the required resources, maintaining high levels of technical capability and performance within the team.
• Define and manage the project scope, ensuring alignment with wider programme objectives and coordination across all delivery teams.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a major engineering and infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on managing complex programmes, driving performance, and leading teams to deliver projects that make a tangible impact on communities and the built environment.

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects within the engineering and infrastructure sectors, such as transport, utilities, or energy.
• Degree-qualified in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline. Chartered or professional status is desirable.
• Familiarity with structured project management methodologies and best practice frameworks.
• Training & Development, including additional qualifications and accreditations relevant to your role
• Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities.
• Excellent understanding of project controls, including cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
• Good knowledge of CDM Regulations.
• Experience managing external contractors and consultants within complex programmes.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
