Role

Description

Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Picking up soiled linen and trash from housekeepers carts.
Cleans hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
Towing rolling trash bins to be emptied and compacted.
Replenishes bathroom supplies.
Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
Assists housekeeping staff with heavy cleaning or moving of items.
Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
Delivers messages. Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
Maintenance of outside grounds and parking areas which includes but is not limited to picking up litter and keeping walkways and driveways free of debris.
