  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse multidisciplinary MEP team.
  • Minimum of 15 years of post-graduate experience in MEP engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Recognition and understanding of related engineering and architectural disciplines with a demonstrable skill in multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Ademonstrable understanding of all MEP and related building services design processes.
  • Having clear and concise procedures and guidelines for both line managers and employees to ensure policies are fully understood and implemented.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding and ability to administer Change Control.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think laterally and possess a sound understanding of engineering principles with the ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Complying with the relevant employment legislation and codes of practice.
  • Demonstrable track record of technical achievement and client satisfaction within the MEP industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and industry standards.
  • The ability to build and develop relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. A Master's degree and/or Chartered Status is preferred.
