Oversees the estimated job cost projection, general bid, pricing update, contracts, and purchase order processes as directed by company policy and management direction.
Ensures appropriate staffing to meet department needs
Designs, implements and supports programs that will ensure the highest quality end product is achieved while meeting and/or exceeding target financial goals.

Accountable for the completion of construction projects on time, within budget, and within quality standards, to meet business performance expectations.
