Our Finance Team’s mission is to deliver timely, accurate and actionable insights that empower smarter decisions. As a trusted Finance Business Partner, you’ll be the vital link between finance, senior leaders and operational teams - not just producing reports, but helping the business interpret the numbers, shape strategy, and drive performance.
- Help align finance, delivery, and commercial teams around shared goals
- Improve systems and processes to enhance financial maturity
- Partner with operational leaders to drive decision making and performance
- Guide commercial decisions, helping project teams deliver profitable outcomes
- Identify risks early and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Support tenders and pricing with robust financial modelling

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting that drives strategic planning

You bring strong financial and commercial skills, with experience in analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and project governance. You’re collaborative, curious, and solutions-focused, and you thrive on turning numbers into insights that drive real business impact. You naturally build trust, influence thinking, and challenge constructively when needed.
- A Professional Accounting Qualification (CA/CPA), or working towards
- Solid experience in Financial and/or Commercial Business Partnering roles
- Exposure to project-driven businesses undergoing growth, expansion, or system development

- A Degree in Accountancy, Commerce or Finance
