- Oversee the technical implementation of integration solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment

- Define and execute strategies for expanding the integration services business, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration processes, tools, and methodologies, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction
- Comply with relevant firm and industry legislation and incorporate into practices and processes as relevant
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their integration needs and driving business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
- Provide expertise on integration solutions to potential clients, supporting sales efforts through presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development
- Manage integration projects from initiation to completion, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
- Develop and execute integration strategies to ensure seamless integration of systems, processes, and technologies within the organisation
- Report all workplace hazards and incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and design solutions that meet business requirements and objectives
- Respond to client support questions and requests via phone or email where necessary

- 2+ years of experience in integration project management, with expertise in system integration methodologies and technologies (such as Oracle Integration Cloud and Mulesoft)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong technical background, with proficiency in integration platforms, APIs, and data formats
- Extremely organised and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
