Architectural Technician / Technologist (Part 2)

Description

This role is focused on the technical design and construction stages, working across RIBA Stages 3–6 on complex, medium-to-large scale residential projects.

• Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards
• Delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3–6
• Producing detailed technical and construction drawings in Revit
• Coordinating structural, MEP, and external consultants
• Responding to site queries and assisting during delivery
• Working on RC frame residential schemes up to £15m in value
• Supporting projects through tender and construction

Requirements

Kenna Recruitment is working with a respected architectural practice delivering new-build residential schemes up to £15m, primarily reinforced concrete (RC frame) developments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Part 2 Architectural Technician / Technologist with strong technical delivery experience to join their team.

RIBA Stages 3–6 | Revit Essential

• Exposure to large-scale residential RC frame projects
• Confident working across RIBA Stages 3–6
• Part 2 qualified (or equivalent technical experience)
• Proven experience on UK residential new-build projects
• Hands-on experience delivering RC frame buildings
• Able to work collaboratively within a delivery-focused team
• Solid understanding of technical detailing and construction
• Strong Revit proficiency (essential)
