The Regional Account Manager (RAM) provides sales leadership for a designated number of strategic accounts. The RAM partners with key customer management and stakeholders and will identify, plan, and execute growth strategies and tactics for facilities services initiatives including mechanical, electrical, lighting, eMobility, the ABM Enhanced Facility Program, facility services engineering, and parking management. The RAM will also cross‑sell other facility services, ensure program quality, and implement contract terms.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key ABM and client personnel in assigned industry groups or strategic accounts.
- Partner, consult, and communicate with key customer management and internal stakeholders.
- Identify, plan, and execute tailored solutions, growth strategies, and tactics.
- Support change and transition activities while monitoring rollout schedules, targets, and plans.
- Ensure effective utilization of standardization programs.
- Maintain, grow, and increase profitability of assigned accounts and lead customer‑specific technology initiatives.
- Coordinate billing, reporting, and accounting requirements according to ABM standards.
- Monitor profit and loss statements for accuracy and optimal financial performance.
- Track accounts receivable activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Uphold all contract terms and requirements for both the customer and ABM.
- Follow up and resolve problems via work order management.
- Present information to customers during key meetings and reviews.
- Build and maintain client relationships to sustain sales and generate add‑on business.
- Represent the company at local, regional, and national conferences and trade organizations.
- Solve problems quickly and manage multiple accounts across a large geographic area.

Financial performance, P&L, accounts receivable, work order management, and problem resolution are the RAM’s responsibility. As a leader, the RAM will deliver dynamic client presentations and updates.
- Demonstrate forward‑thinking technology leadership to design customer strategies that drive financial results.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years in major account management and 2 years in the services sector.
- Technical aptitude in HVAC, mechanical, building automation, electrical power, and/or EV solutions.
- Communicate and present effectively to all organizational levels, including executives.
- Possess strong account management expertise within the facilities services industry.
- Proven track record of selling and growing large, complex accounts.
Benefits
Pay ranges from $104,542 to $149,520 base salary, with offers varying based on education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data. The role may include participation in a generous company incentive or bonus program.
