Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, Geological Engineering, or a related discipline and have at least six years of experience in resource, exploration, mine development, or production geology. A thorough understanding of sedimentary and volcaniclastic geology, the ability to identify various rock types and structural features, and a Professional Geologist licensure (or ability to obtain one) are required. Travel up to 10 % of the time to domestic or international sites is expected.
