The on‑site Maintenance Technician reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor and works full‑time, Monday‑Friday or Tuesday‑Saturday, with on‑call availability for emergencies. The role is responsible for day‑to‑day maintenance of the community, including repairs, turnover preparation, preventative care, cleaning, grounds work, and safety duties.

Compensation is determined by business needs, experience, skills, and location, with a base salary and eligibility for periodic bonus programs based on individual and company performance.
