Regional Field Manager

Description

• Review performance metrics and provide feedback to direct reports.
• Participate in regular management meetings.
• Maintain adequate inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Forecast staffing needs and communicate with operational leadership and recruiting teams.
• Enforce all safety standards for team members and field equipment.
• Manage local hardware, software, and survey equipment assets.
• Perform field survey tasks when needed.
• Provide ongoing technical training, coaching, and mentorship to field staff.
• Ensure daily payroll records are accurate.
• Meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Manage PTO in alignment with policy and business needs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of math, including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Ability to balance workload and meet client expectations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with job-related software, technology tools, and cloud-based platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
