  • Customer Interaction: Provide a high level of service and satisfaction to dissatisfied customers, managing cases up to and including the first stage of our complaints process.
  • Case Management: Resolve complaints within 2 working days, following up to ensure that outcomes meet our service standards.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to gather information, investigate complaints, and support comprehensive resolutions.
