- 5+ years’ experience working in Information Technology roles and industry
- Effective and efficient problem solving and decision-making skills; thoughtful, proactive and creative
- SAN\NAS; HPE Server Hardware Experience, including Proliant
- Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Ability to use and understand the functionality of various IT programs and systems, including, but not limited to:
- Windows Server 2016, 2019 & 2022
- Active Directory, Entra ID
- Experience working in a diverse, multi-branch environment, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Technologies
- Significant experience with complex High Availability enterprise services with a focus on Remote Access
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them
