- AGV quantity estimation and identifying operational hotspots.
- Onsite material movements (lineside deliveries, marketplace transfers).
- Material movements between sites to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Perform volume throughput increase studies and evaluate system "what-if" scenarios.
- Develop and implement Discrete Event Simulation models using Plant Simulation to optimize automotive production processes.
- Ensure process adherence to vehicle derivative sequencing and build-to-sequence rules.
- Optimize material flows and logistics, including:
- Racking studies to maximize space and efficiency.
- Conduct bottleneck analysis and recommend strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Determine buffer size requirements and assess the impact of different model derivative mixes on production flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data insights into clear recommendations.

- Experience in modelling assembly lines to improve efficiency.
- Strong Excel VBA skills for data analysis and model enhancement.
