The Role

Overview

Locate underground utilities using RF, EM, magnetic, and ground‑penetrating radar equipment.

Tasks

This role will interact with clients to secure work and negotiate contracts to assist in growing the Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) discipline within C.T. Male. -Maintain a professional appearance to our clients while conducting geophysical surveys at varying sites throughout our service territory. -Utilize RF, EM, magnetic, and ground penetrating radar equipment. -Accurately mark the location of underground utilities, tanks, etc. -Work with coworkers, clients, and the public to complete tasks in a safe and timely manner.

What You Bring

EOE, including disability/veterans. -A knowledge of utility locating theory and techniques. -Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen. -Ground penetrating radar experience is a plus. -Experience with test pit or vacuum excavation operations and equipment is a plus. -OSHA 40 Hour, HAZWOPER, and OSHA 10 Hour Construction preferred. -High school diploma or equivalent and at least three (3) years of utility locating experience. -Experience with negotiating contracts and client relations preferred. -Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. -Capability to act as Project Manager as relates to individual sites and clients.

Benefits

Pay Range: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, paid weekly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Compensation details: 25-40 Hourly Wage
