- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demos across multiple scrum teams.
- Own and drive the product roadmap for network applications within the grid software suite.
- Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
- Partners with Development Leadership/Service Owners to ensure healthy development process.
- Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.
- Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver features.
- Engages frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and user feedback to guide iterative improvements.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory standards, customer expectations, and technical feasibility.
- Translate customer needs and market trends into clear product requirements and user stories.
